Description

Pursuant to a Memorandum of Understanding among the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, The Conservation Fund, and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to enter into a cost-sharing contract with The Conservation Fund, a non-profit organization, for the development and facilitation of a wide variety of conservation-related, educational programs and courses. This will be a IDIQ, task order contract. A one-year base period plus five one-year option periods are anticipated. See Notes 22 and 26.
