Description

The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) requires software license upgrades and maintenance for existing BONeS software and OPNET licenses. The OPNET software is proprietary to Opnet Technologies, Inc. This is not a request for quotes. No award will be made on the basis of requests in response to this notice. It is the intent of the government to negotiate on a sole source basis with OPNET Technologies, Inc. 3400 International Drive NW, Washington, DC 20008. No RFQ package is available.
