Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Nashville, TN intends to negotiate with Ventana Medical Systems on a sole source basis for rental of a NexES Automated Immunohistochemistry and Special Stains System. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals however, all proposals received by December 26, 2000 will be considered by the government. Information received as a result of this synopsis will be consideted solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a coompetitive procurement.
