This requirement is planned as an IDIQ with a Min 46/Max/159. Required delivery schedule with First Article Testing is 46 each, 290 days after contract award DACA. First Article Testing end in 293 days DACA. First Article Test Report is due 308 days DACA. When First Article Test is not applicable or First Article Test is waived required delivery for the production quantity is 320 days DACA. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of D0D-100. The Directorate identifies this part for Engineering as a Flight Safety Part (FSP),Fatigue Testing and Engineering Testing Item. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.
