Description

Postal Service soliciting proposals to construct and lease a 2,996 net square foot facility on a controlled site that contains 46,250 square feet. Postal Service holds assignable option to purchase to buy the site for $98,000.00. The successful offeror will be required to purchase the optioned site, and construct a building to Postal Service plans, specifications and standards.
