Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training System Division intends to negotiate, on a competitive basis, repair and rework of 18 selected Naval Aviation Training Systems to include trainer/training device maintenance support. The procurement will be conducted as a HUBZone set-aside. Offers from other than HUBZone certified contractors will not be considered. The Government will award the contract to the offeror who provides the most beneficial mix of technical approach, price, and performance risk assessment factors. The contractor will support the Naval Aviation Training Systems (PMA-205) Program Office and the Naval Air Maintenance Training Group in the repair and rework of 18 selected Naval Aviation Training Systems. In addition to effecting trainer repairs and performing the actual rework of identified NAMTS, the contractor will support evaluation of repair requirements, develop work plans, provide engineering support, provide manufacturing support, perform quality inspections develop test procedures, perform operational checks, and update trainer/training device technical documentation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330.
