Description

This solicitation is for a requirements contract to furnish all equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, labor and supplies necessary to secure proper application of saw methods and proper hand planting techniques to do: hand planting of pine seedlings; hand planting of hardwood seedlings; release of pine and hardwood areas using saws on the Ozark-St. Francis NF's, Buffalo Ranger District, Newton County, Arkansas. This solicitation/resulting contract is a performance-based effort to provide the above for a performance period covering one year and options of up to three additional years. This solicitation will be mailed out approximately December 18, 2000 and the Bid opening will be approximately January 18, 2001.
