Description

This is a combined synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. Quotes are solicited with this notice. The quotation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-20. The Television-Audio Support Activity proposes to procure: 24 each Acoustical Covers; color: Blue; Part Number is 9840333 for use with BARCO Model Barcographics 6400 DLC graphics projector. Second item is 10 ea, Arc Lamp; 400 watt metal-halide; Part Number is 9840300 for use with BARCO Model Barcographics 6400 DLC graphics projector. FOB: Combat Visual Information Center, Quantico, CA 22134. These Brand named items have been identified as meeting or exceeding the Government's minimum requirements but are not established as standards upon which other offered brand named items will be evaluated. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Offeror's proposing to provide other than the requested item shall include specification data sufficient to enable the Government to determine the capability of the offered item to meet the specifications stated above. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this quotation, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS. The following clauses and provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52-212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, with the following sub-clauses: 52.222-21, 52-222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.232-33; and DFARS 252.212-7001, with the following sub-clauses: 252.225-7001 and 252.225-7007.
