The above project was mistakenly advertised in the Commerce Business Daily. It should not have been because it is funded by the Jobs-in-the-Woods program in which competition is legislatively limited to individuals and companies located in specific counties of Washington, Oregon and northern California. Those who respond to the CBD notice who are not located in one of the eligible counties will not be sent the solicitation.
