Description

Provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials and equipment to perform the following work: Basic Quote: A) Remove twenty-six (26) untreated 12" diameter fender piles and associated hardware and dispose of accordingly; B) Remove 8' x 40' timber pier in its entirety and dispose of accordingly; C) Drive four (4) new 10" diameter steel pipe piles at locations shown on drawings; D) Install new 8' x 56' concrete floating dock and all associated hardware; E) Install one (1) new 20' x 4' aluminum gangway and associated hardware as shown on drawings; F) Install twenty-two (22) new 12 x 12 x 6'-0" CCA treated timber fenders at locations shown on drawings. All work to be performed at USCG Station Milford Haven, Hudgins, Virginia. The period of performance is 120 days after Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 and is open to both small and large businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS code for this procurement is 234990 (formerly SIC 1629). Due dates for quotes will be not less than 30 days after bid issuance. NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
