- Description
- This requirement is sole source to the original equipment manufacturer, Neslab Instruments, Inc. Work involves repair and overhaul of NSN: 4120-01-423-6280DQ. Requirement is for one basic contract period of 12 months, and two annual option periods. Resultant contract will be a requirements-type. A Justification and Approval with the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) to Neslab Instruments exists. Requirement will be procured utilizing FAR 12 procedures. See note B.
