- Description
- The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to provide the reference spec work items of the Statement of Work paragraphs 1.1 through 1.3 (#101, #501, and #601). The spec work items can be down-loaded from the NECO web-site at www.neco.navy.mil. The Statement of Work reference 1.4 is deleted in its entirety. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. The solicitation closing date and time remains the same, at 12 Dec 2000, 1300, Local Time.
