Description

The subject market survey is hereby revised as follows: The US Army TACOM-ARDEC is conducting a market survey to identify potential contractors capable of manufacturing 2,4 Dinitroanisole (DNAN), minimum of 98 % purity. DNAN is an ingredient used in an energetic formulation being evaluated by the U.S. Army. A respondent should currently possess a manufacturing capability to produce DNAN. A respondent s available production capacity must be sufficient to provide the U.S. Army a total quantity of DNAN between 100,000 to 200,000 pounds per year. A follow up detailed questionnaire may be provided to survey respondents and on-site visits may be performed as a result of further analysis. Interested firms who feel they are capable of manufacturing 2,4 Dinitroanisole with a minimum purity of 98 % are invited to indicate their interest by providing to the U.S. Government a brief summary of their company s capabilities including a brief description of facilities, personnel, past production experience and environmental compliance as it relates to the above criteria. Also, interested firms should provide the manufacturer s name, address, point of contact with telephone number, email address, size of business (small/large) and/or country represented. This Information must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of this publication to: U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC, Attn: AMSTA-AR-WEA, Mr. K.B. The information you provide will only be utilized by the U.S. Army in developing its acquisition approach for future 2,4 Dinitroanisole requirements.
