Description

Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment and materials to replace water lines that feed Buildings 4, 5, 6, 7, and the replacement of the main tower feed to Building 1. Also provide for the installation of a new line from the tower to Building 6. Provide for construction of a new parking lot adjacent to Building 7 with driveway to existing hilltop parking lot. Performance period is 180 calendar days. Magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. NAICS Code is 23491. This solicitation is 100% Set Aside for HUBZone Small Business Concerns. The solicitation package will be available o/a 13 December 2000. Request for bid documents must be submitted in writing or faxed to (915) 264-4860. Telephone requests will not be honored. Plans/Specs will be available for review by qualified HUBZone contractors at the West Texas VA Health Care System, 300 Veterans Blvd., Big Spring, Texas.
