Description

Contractor to provide the services of a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to perform 3-5 Arthroscopic procedures per month. Procedures to include but are not limited to knees, shoulders, elbows, ankles and wrists. Contractor to provide services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Boise, Idaho. Services to be performed at contractor facility. This is 100% set aside for small business, NAICS Code #621493, size standard $7.5 MIL. Contract is for one year from the date of award with two one-year options to renew.
