Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue orders via the Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-00-G-0177 with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Orlando, Florida, for services and material necessary to repair, overhaul, and modify the LANTIRN System Weapon Replaceable Assemblies (WRA), Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRA), Automated Test Equipment (ATE), Operational Test Equipment (OTPS), technical manuals, and related technical manuals for the F-14 LANTIRN System. Lockheed Martin is the only known source who possess the required expertise and knowledge to provide the effort within the timeframe required. See note No. 22*****
