Description

The Government has a requirement for a contractor to perform extended service and maintenance for Mitsubishi EXL-15DP-SN: 4511 Linear Accelerator. From date of award through September 30, 2001. Includes all necessary labor tools, equipment, transportation and parts, necessary to maintain it in a first class operating condition at the VA Medical Center, 800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY 11209. This procurement shall be procured and awarded using the commercial item procedures. The term of the contract shall be from Date of award through September 30, 2001 with a Government option to extend the term of the contract for (4) additional one-year periods. This procurement is open to small and large business as well. The applicable SIC is 8999.
