Description

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation number DAKF06-01-T-0010. This solicitation is being issued as a "Request for Quotation" (RFQ). 3. The solicitation documents incorporate provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Aquisition Circular 97-17. 4. The proposed contract will be 100% set aside for small businesses. For this acquisition, the small business size standard is $5.0 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219. 5. List of equipment covered by this solicitation: 20 ADDRESSOGRAPH MACHINES (assorted model numbers) LOCATION: Various locations at Fort Carson, CO 6. Contractor shall perform required services within ten (10) working hours after receipt of an oral or written order. Replacement parts shall be equal to the original in workmanship and materials with a 90 day warranty. 7. The following provisions and clauses apply: Provision 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference. This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. FAR clause 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this solicitation, addenda reads: "Price and delivery factors are equal". Offerors shall include a completed copy of provision at FAR clause 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications / Commercial Items.
