Description

FISC-San Diego Regional Contracting Department is announcing a "Sole Source" requirement for Commercial Services in accordance with FAR Part 6.302 and FAR Part 12. The following services are required: Roman Catholic Priest support services to run the Catholic Program of the Chapel Community for Naval Air Station, Fallon, NV. Educational background required is a Masters of Divinity Degree, Masters Degree in Theology, Masters Degree in Religious Education or higher degree in Theology or Religious Education and major courses in Psychology successfully completed. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued for this requirement. The Government is seeking to award a Firm Fixed Price order for a Base Year of Nine months, effective January 1, 2001 and Two, One year options. This procurement is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set aside. IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFARS 252.204-7004 "Central Contractor Registration" (CCR) is required and applies to all solicitations issued on/after 6-1-98. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror/quoter ineligible for award of a contract/purchase order. Please ensure compliance with this regulation when submitting your quote.
