Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to negotiate, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 a sole source agreement with Advanced Relational Technology, Inc. to provide instruction on Chief Architect 7.0, a 3-dimensional Computer Assisted Drawing (CAD) software program. The Chief Architect 7.0 was previously purchased from Advanced Relational Technology, Inc. The services consist of two-three instructors per training session, with 20-24 students per session; five (5) sessions, to be conducted in cities throughout the United States, each for three (3) days in length, eight (8) hours per day. No solicitation package is available. No telephone requests or inquiries will be accepted. Award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. All interested parties must submit a quote by December 5, 2000, 3PM (Washington, DC local time).
