Description

This solicitation is for cleaning supplies for the Hotsy Washers as follows: 640 gallons of ultra clean SP in 5 gallon pails, ultra clean LPH (clayton brake ws)160 gallons, one year supply of clayton filters BCE-400, one year supply surfzyme & filters, Zymo. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This annoucement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a sole source, firm fixed price contract with Dura Chem Inc, 1060 B Ortega Way, Placemnta, CA 92870, 714-630-4100x304. The Standard Industry Code (SIC Code)is 2841 (1000 employees). This solicitation document incorporates provision and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. This solicitation incorporates the following provisions by reference, FAR clauses 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Offeror must submit a complete copy of the Representations and Certifications with their offer); 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and 52.212-5; Contract Items and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items which incorporates the following clauses: 52.219-8; 52.222-21; 52.222-26; 52.222-35; 52.222-36; 52.222-37; 52.225-1; 52.225-13; 52.232-33. Delivery time for items shall be within 15 days after receipt of order. FOB will be destination to (32) different OMS shops in CA.
