Description

Provide catheters and equipment to conduct invasive monitoring of oxygen in blood. A minimum of ten (10) monitoring systems are required to monitor continuous cardiac output using a fiberoptic pulmonary artery catheter to measure SVO2 and cardiac output continuously as indicated in the specifications. Both non-sterile and sterile bid samples are required as outlined in the solicitation. Estimated yearly usage is 360 catheters. Contract period will be from April 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001 with four (4) 12-month renewal options. Solicitation documents will be available on or about December 11, 2000, request in writing or by FAX to 612-725-2072. Requests for bid documents will not be honored after December 19, 2000. NAICS Code is 421450 and the small business size of 500 employees applies.
