Description

The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for labor and materials to replace an existing FRM 4 100ma Fire Alarm Control Panel which shall include but not be limited to using the existing circuit entrance and battery equipment and should include the following: new solid state 100ma FRM 4 Fire Alarm Console unit, disconnection and removal of existing "hard-wired" circuits, transfer of existing loop circuits to new solid state units, test, balance and verification of full function service of each circuit in accordance with the standard CHESDIV testing specifications, provide a new digitized system 3500 decoder and provide all technical documentation drawings on "AUTOCAD". Contractor to provide a technical proposal and capability statment. The order will be awarded to the contractor that provides the supplies/services that represents the best value. See Note(s) 1. Response date to be determined at issuance of RFQ. This notice will not appear on our web page until the 16th day after this notice appears in the CBD.
