Material, polywrap, olive drab, in accordance with DWG 5-77-3209 Rev A, dated 26 Apr 96 or DWG 5-77-3210 Rev A, dated 26 Apr 96; Spec FED-STD-494, Rev B, dated 15 Dec 89; ASTM E252, D638, D1922, F88 and D374 Method C; 2,928,055 SF; FOB: Destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71602-9500. Request for Proposal (RFP) DAAD21-01-R-0004 to issue on or about 14 Dec 2000 with closing date on or before 13 Jan 2001. The solicitation will be issued as 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. All prospective offerors must be qualified prior to award in order to be considered.
