PRON: AX051096AX, NSN: 1615-01-164-3917, P/N: 7-211411185-3, Quantity: 972 each min/2892 each max, applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. This is a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quanity requirement. FOB DESTINATION to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery is 240 each 325 DACA and 325 each month thereafter until complete. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. "By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small businesses, therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored." Large businesses will not be considered. The businesses being solicited are Monogram Aerospace Fasteners, Los Angeles, CA 90040-3103; Shur-Lok Corp, Irvine, CA 92614; and Avibank Mfg Inc., Burbank, CA 91503. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
