PRON: AX051090AX, NSN: 1560-01-303-4993, PN: 145S5971-19, Quantity: 39 each plus two years of options, 100% option each year, applicable to the CH-47 Airframe Unit. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. This item is restricted to Boeing Helicopters, Ridley Park, PA 19078 and AIW ALTON Inc., Windsor, CT 06095-0713. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Required delivery with First Article Test is 5 each 350 days after contract award and 5 each therafter until contract completion. First Article Test is due 268 days after contract award. Required delivery without First Article Test is 5 each 280 days after contract award and 5 each thereafter until contract completion. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
