Description

The NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND (NAVAIR) intends to extend a sole source, basic ordering agreement for two years with the McDonnell Douglas Corporation, a subsidiary of the Boeing Company. The extended basic ordering agreement will provide for a class of orders for engineering services, training services, evaluation, implementation of equipment and software changes, repairs, alterations, overhauls, technical and logistics management, configuration and data management, Government Furnished Equipment tracking, life cycle management, training management and maintenance management associated with the HARPOON Shipboard Command and Launch Control System (HSCLCS) and the Encapsulated HARPOON Command and Launch Subsystem (EHCLS) for the U.S. Navy and Foreign Military Sales. McDonnell Douglas Corporation, P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO 63166-0516 is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer and the only firm possessing the required knowledge, data, equipment, and facilities necessary to perform the effort in the required time frame.
