Description

This is a Notice of Intent from the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, Maryland to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00421-00-G-0143, with Rockwell Collins, Inc., 400 Collins Road, NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498 for the incorporation of Protected-Instrument Landing System (P-ILS) functionality with the existing P-3 Electronic Flight Display System (EFDS). Rockwell Collins is the only known company that has the ability, resources, technology and documentation to perform this requirement.
