Description

This pre-solicitation notice modification for the AFCEE Environmental Minor Construction and Operations & Services (EMCOS)is issued to make the following changes to the pre-solicitation notice issued on September 7, 2000. Source Selection procedures will be followed in accordance with FAR Part 15 to competitively award up to five (5) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts. Each basic ID/IQ contract will have an ordering period of three years with the period of performance extending two years beyond the ordering period. The RFP is projected for release on the month of December 2000. The RFP will be issued via the SARAH page internet address: http://sarah.brooks.af.mil/.
