Description

The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission intends to enter into a sole source purchase order with Brio Technology, Inc. for SQR Server software support and upgrades. This Sybase software is a proprietary software product of Sybase, Inc. which was taken over by Brio Technology, Inc. As such, Brio Technology, is the only vendor who can provide maintenance for this software product. The period of performance for this software support is one year with four one-year options. The total value including the options years is $91,750. Interested respondents must submit a written capability statement including technical information sufficient to demonstrate their ability to provide this specific software support and upgrades. Telephonic responses will not be considered. Responses providing insufficient information for evaluation will not be considered. See Numbered Note 22.
