Description

The United States Postal Service is seeking proposals to lease approximately 3,400 net interior square feet of space in the Town of Northfield, MA. The Postal Service will consider proposals to lease existing buildings or proposals for "build to suit" facilities. Consideration will also be given to offers to sell sites to the Postal Service. Preference will be given to proposals with buildings or sites located on Main Street between the Bennett Meadow Bridge on the south and Moody Street on the north. Consideration will be given to all proposals located within the Town of Northfield. The deadline for submitting complete proposals is January 19, 2001. Detailed proposal packages may be purchased for $25.00 by sending a check or money order payable to "Disbursing Officer-USPS".
