Description

This notice is provided on a sole source basis, with an intent to award a firm fixed price order with UCSD MEDICAL GENETICS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 2.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitaiton number, N00259-01-T-0012 is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-19. Clin 0001: the folowing are the necessary tests to be performed: Amino Karyotype/Chromosome Amniotic Fluid, Blood Chromosome, Bone Marrow Chromosome, DNA Fragile-X, and Tissue Chromosome for the period of 01Dec00 through 31DEC00. Unit of Issue: Lot, Quantity: 01. This solicitation will be evaluated based on price, technical capability and delivery. This acquisition incorporates the following FAR clauses: 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (Oct 95); 52.212-3 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (Oct 95) must be completed and submitted along with the proposal (please contact Domingo B.
