Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Heartland Network 15, 4101 S. 4th Street Trafficway, Leavenworth, Kansas has a requirement for a firm to provide all returns of outdated and expired pharmaceuticals for credit. The contractor shall provide all return forms and shipping labels to process for credit return and /or proper disposal of designated pharmaceuticals, including scheduled drugs II,III,IV,and V in accordance with the EPA Code of Federal Regulation and other DEA Regulations. All 8 medical centers in VISN 15 plus CMOP in Leavenworth will be included in this solicitation. RFP V15-00-0062 will be available on or about November 28, 2000. The NAICS Code is 562998 and the Small Business Size Standard is 5.0 million. The award is intended to be for a base year with two (1) year options. This procurement is unrestricted.
