Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Heartland Network 15, 4101 S. 4th Street Trafficway, Leavenworth, Kansas, has a requirement for Elevator Inspection and Testing for 8 medical centers in VISN-15. The medical centers to be included are: Leavenworth, Topeka and Wichita, Kansas, Kansas City, Columbia, St.Louis, and Poplar Bluff, Missouri and Marion, Ill. RFP V15-01-0063 will be available on or about November 28, 2000 with proposals due December 15, 2000. Offerors will be required to submit both a technicial and cost proposal. Solicitations must be requested in writing. Faxed request are acceptable. Fax number is 913 758-6495. Telephone request will not be honored. The NAICS code is 561790 with the Small Business Size Standard 5.0 million. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. This procurement will be conducted using the Commercial Item Format. The award will be for a base year with two (1) year options.
