Description

The Robert Morris Acquisition Center, APG Contracting Division, Edgewood Branch, intends to solicit Graseby Dynamics, Ltd., Park Avenue, Bushey, Watford, WD2 2BW, United Kingdom, pursuant to the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii), for additional quantities of the Automatic Chemical Agent Alarm Systems (ACADA)and associated hardware in conjunction with current contract DAAM01-96-C-0007. Graseby is the only source that can produce and deliver this non-developmental item (NDI) without substantial duplication of costs to the Government and without unacceptable delays. Proposed quantities are 900 each M22 ACADA Systems and Warranties, 200 each M28 ACADA Power Supplies and Warranties, 200 each M281 ACADA Vehicle Mounts and Warranties. Deliveries may begin as early as 4 months after award and may continue up to 12 months after award dependent upon attainable production rates. See Note 22.
