Required delivery is 206 each 240 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Honeywell Intl. Inc., Cage Code 02LU7, because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date in Block 10.
