- CBD synopsis amendment issued on or after September 26, 2000 for a source to provide all labor, supervision and food stuffs and a culinary arts program to the Job Corps Center in Golconda, Illinois was issued to set procurement aside exclusively for HUB Zone contractors. The purpose of this CBD synopsis amendment is to convert this requirement to a total small business set aside. All small business concerns may submit a proposal. Please see Note 1.
