NAICS 56720, Building Cleaning and Maintenance Services. This notification will serve as the synopsis and the solicitation. Contractor is to funish all material, labor, supervision, equipment to provide custodial services at the Byron G. Rogers Federal Building/Courthouse, 1961 and 1929 Stout Street, Denver, Colorado. Solicitation Number GS-08P-01-JBC-0007 is issued effective today, and is available for download from the Electronic Posting System at this time. The EPS address is http://www.eps.gov. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be mailed out. Proposals will be due on 11/17/2000 at 2:00 p.m., local time. Proposals include a technical portion and price.
