Description

The Office of International and Refugee Health (OIRH), through the Program Support Center (PSC), intends to negotiate and award a modification to the existing contract 282-97-0062, with LTS Corporation. The Contractor is entering into a subcontract with the Romanian firm Cinor, which will provide 30 to 40 local health care experts on a part-time basis to meet the expanded health sector reform activities and to implement a case based health care financing system in 15 -- 20 hospitals. The period of this work will be from issuance of the modification through September 29, 2002. See Numbered Note 22.
