Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability to provide Community Corrections Center Services for male and female offenders in the greater Youngstown, Ohio area. (Mahoning, County) Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work entitled, Community Corrections Center, dated 2000. A firm-fixed unit price requirements contract is anticipated. The estimated number of inmate days are 9,490 for the two year base-period and 4380 for each of the three one year option periods (83% male and 17% female). The estimated RFP issue date is 12/1/2000 and the estimated closing date is 01/31/2001. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone requests for solicitations will be accepted.
