Description

This is an amendment to the combined synopsis/solicitation number N00244-01-T-0062 for Commercial Items. The closing date is hereby extended to 13 November 2000. The purchase description is amended to include the following: The location addresses are available to Contractors on a spreadsheet in Word Excel format upon request. Submit requests, referencing the solicitation number N00244-01-T-0062, to the Contract Specialist at 619-532-2650 or via fax at 619-532-2347. All other terms and conditions of solicitation N00244-01-T-0062 including previous amendments remain unchanged. Contractors are required to read and must comply with the statement of work in the original solicitation (N00244-01-T-0062) posted in the Commerce Business Daily reference submission number 5052Q5 dated October 26, 2000 and amendment 01 dated November 01, 2000 submission no. 505787. Responsible parties interested in submitting a quote in response to this solicitation may submit their quote in accordance with their standard commercial practices, (e.g. on company letterhead, formal quote form, etc.). Contractors must include the company's complete mailing and remittance addresses, payment terms, and company's CAGE Code, Dunn and Bradstreet (DUNS) number, and company Federal Tax Identification Number, Business size certifications and all FAR certifications and representations specified with your quote in order to be considered responsive. DFAR 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration (Mar. 1998) provides the requirement for that Contractor must be registered on the Central Contractor Registration Database prior to issuance of a contract. Offerors and contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr2000.com. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer is technically acceptable and meets the requirements of the statement of work. To be determined technically acceptable, the offeror must furnish product literature that demonstrates the products offered and providing documentation of your technical capabilities.
