Description

Background "Solicitation F33600-01-R-0008 has been posted to the Web as of 6 Nov 2000. Proposal due date is 7 Dec 2000 @ 3:00 PM EST ( Faxed proposals are not acceptable ). This is a commercial solicitation for renewal of subscription services for the AFIT Library at Wright- Patterson AFB, OH. The subscriptions are for scientific and technical publications, both domestic and foreign. There are approximately 555 titles. Copies shall be paper, unless specified otherwise. Subscription service will begin 01 January 2001, and continue for a fullyear. The contractor must provide Internet access to their database. Award will be ALL OR NONE (no split awards). Ombudsman Stephen J.Plaisted will hear concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations, and will convey them to the appropriate representative.
