Construction and lease of a new postal facility at Kingsland, GA 31548-9998 (Camden County). USPS controlled site is located on the west side of Grove Blvd, approximately 1/2 block south of Hwy 40. Site size is 281,932 SF and the net interior of the building will contain 11,800 SF. 20 year lease term with two 5-yr renewal options at fixed prices.
