Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price purchase order to Keith Roark to support and instruct intelligence subjects, and coordinate operations of the international training program. Mr. Roark is the incumbent contractor for this service. The contractor must have a Top Secret clearance. All responses should reference PR 240/0005Z/01 Interested parties have 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualification/ capabilities. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competition basis. Responses received without the requested information may be considered non-responsive to the synopsis. Oral communications are not accepted. A determination by the Virginia Contracting Activity not to compete this proposed procurement on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this synopsis is solely within the discretion of the Virginia Contracting Activity.
