Description

SIC 7349. Custodial & Related Services at the Federal Building/ U.S. Courthouse in Rapid City, South Dakota. The specification for this procurement utilizes a performance-based scope of work. Solicitation to be issued o/a 11/3/2000. Proposal Receipt date o/a 12/4/2000. Contract period is January 15, 2000 through December 31, 2000, with four 1-year option periods. Current Contractor: BH Services (NISH Workshop) -- GSA has been issued a Purchase Exception by NISH NW to procure these services via full and open competition due to difficulting in reaching pricing agreements.
