Description

This announcement serves as a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The government intends to negotiate and award to North State Resources, Inc., for services to prepare a biological assessment for the Long Term Contract Renewal process for the Shasta-Trinity Division of the Central Valley Project, California. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000. This notice will be the only official notice prior to award of the purchase order. The anticipated award date is October 26, 2000. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to the Contracting Officer at the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Attention: MP-3830, 2800 Cottage Way, Room E-1815, Sacramento, CA. Inquiries shall be received by October 25, 2000.
