Description

The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia on behalf of the Naval Personnel Records Center intends to procure on a full and open competitive basis, in accordance with established A-76 procedures, services to operate the Retired Records Section (PERS-313E) at the National Personnel Records Center located in St. Louis, MO. The draft solicitation, which should be issued during the week of 25 October 2000, contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract for a base period of one year with four one-year option periods. Interested parties can obtain a copy of the draft Request for Proposal (RFP), N00140-01-R-0170, for this requirement at the following internet sites, http://www.nor.fisc.navy.mil/ contracts/ or www.neco.navy.mil. All questions pertaining to the subject requirement and draft RFP shall be submitted to fax number 215-697-9569, ATTN: Dennis Bilger, no later than 9 November 2000. It is anticipated that the final version of the (RFP) will then be issued during the week of 15 November 2000 to all interested parties that responded to the draft solicitation.
