Description

The Government intends to negotiate a Sole Source Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) type Delivery Order with AMSEC for IT Commercial Support Services to include system administration, security management, configuration management, computer system assessment design, data collection, and technical documentation under their United States Coast Guard Basic Ordering Agreement (USCG BOA), BOA Number DTCG 38-98-A-300004, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5 "Test Program for Certain Commercial Items" (CLINGER -- COHEN). The Period of Performance for the resulting Delivery Order will be from 13 November 2000 through 31 October 2001. The services will be rendered for U.S. Joint Forces Command. The Places of Performance will include the Joint C4ISR Battle Center (JBC) of Suffolk, Virginia and other locations as specified by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The evaluation criteria for this CPFF Delivery order will be best value. NOTE: 22 APPLIES.
