Description

RFP #3-JC-154-42 is for the operation of the Philadelphia Job Corps Center, Philadelphia, PA. The solicitation will be available by written request approximately December 4, 2000. The closing date for written Business Management Plans, Subcontracting Plans, and Staff Qualifications/Schedules will be o/a January 23, 2001; oral presentations will be required in Philadelphia o/a February 1,2001. There will be a pre-proposal conference at the Philadelphia Job Corps Center on Thursday, January 11, 2001 at 10:00 AM (EST), followed by a tour of the facility at approximately 11:00 AM. The resultant cost reimbursement, fixed-fee, contract will run from July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2003, with three unilateral option years. The average capacity of the Philadelphia Job Corps Center is 305 students: 120 nonresidential male and 185 nonresidential females. Requests for the RFP should be directed to U.S. Department of Labor, ETA/Job Corps, Suite 815, The Curtis Center, 170 S Independence Mall West, Philadelphia, PA 19106-3315 .
