Description

Licensing fee and maintenance on Model 204 Advantage software installed on an IBM Multiprise 3000 for the period from 11/01/2000 through September 30, 2001. Prices should be quoted showing the eleven month period shown above and also showing a twelve month period as a separate item. This product was licensed previously and may be subject to a reinstatement fee which should be included as a separate line item in the Request for Quote. Please provide a proposal by COB on October 25, 2000 as stated below. The government will award a purchase order to the responsible Offeror whose offer will provide the Best Value to the Government, price and other factors considered. Technical evaluation factors will be more significant than price factors. The following technical criterial will be used as evaluation factors, and are of equal value: Best Value to the Government. Past Performance. Best Price, The Government will evaluate proposals according to the criteria listed above. As technical scores converge, then cost becomes more inmportant. If the technical scores are rated essentially equal, then the cost will be the determinintg factor for award. This contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
